IMPORTANT: Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes so be sure to double check your order. In the case that a cancellation is permitted there will be an up to 10% cancellation fee. Please be sure to read our policy page, full descriptions and important information on the product page, no refunds are permitted. BILLING & SHIPPING
BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION MUST MATCH ON YOUR ORDER. Please email us for verification if you would like to place order with different addresses.* Shipping typically takes 1-3 Business Days via USPS. Please double check all of your shipping information for accuracy.
At checkout, you’ll be given the choice between a Signature Delivery or No Signature delivery. Please choose the option that best suits your needs. Packages will be delivered to the address that you provide and any issues can be handled with USPS’ customer service team. Red Ribbon Extensions is not responsible for any loss due to missing, stolen, late or damaged packages.
*Billing and shipping information must match or be verified due to fraud. Fraudsters will place an order with someone else’s card information and ship it to their home or an abandoned home. This holds the seller (us) accountable for the fraudulent transaction. To decrease this risk, billing and shipping must match or the person must verify that they are the ones making the purchase by sending ID with first and last name & address (all other information can be covered). This process is handled within minutes so don’t worry about long delays in processing your order.
PROCESSING
Processing begins within 24-36hrs hrs of your purchase and typically takes 5-8 business days (M-F) for the to be completed. After the 5-8 business day processing time, if no unforeseen delays, your order will be shipped out and should arrive in 1-3 business days via USPS. During holidays & sales, please plan for extended processing times. Getting your hair to you as fast as possible is the mission. The time frames above are given to harmonize with manufacturing time and our couriers hours of operation.
If you need your hair within 10-12 days of your purchase please reach out to us beforehand with your specific date or shop our Ready to Ship Collection.
PICK UP ORDERS
Pick Up is available. Please contact us (DM or Email) prior to purchasing for more information. Meet up instructions will be given after your order has finished processing. Pick up location Flat Shoals Crossing Shopping Center (zip code: 30034). Pick Up Hours: Mon-Sun 8a-7p.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you read the product description and hair care page prior to purchasing. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding any of our products or issues with your purchase. We will try our best to answer your questions or resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! P.S It took me 7 years to find the right hair manufacturer, if this hair had any issues or complaints at all I wouldn’t sell it. You shouldn’t be running into ANY issues with your hair & in the unlikely event that it does happen, first check out our Hair Care Instructions page and if that fails reach out and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Please contact us via email or DM, especially when trying to place your order before an event to ensure hair will get to you on time. If you want a specific color, more information, etc. please reach out to us with any questions or concerns you have.

All processing times are subject to being extended with or without notice due to unforeseen processing delays. We will do our best to honor all processing times and keep you informed but cannot predict or control certain variables pertaining to the processing of orders.
PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
During promotional periods processing times might be extended! It may take up to 12-14 business days to complete processing. You will be updated regarding delays. Sales periods typically delay shipping by 2-3 business days but we have no control over when shipments arrive.
Missing, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If you reside in an apartment or unsecured location in the Atlanta area, we strongly recommend Pick Up if you aren’t in the Atlanta are but experience issues with packages going missing, being tampered with, or being left in an unsecured location we recommend Signature Delivery to make sure there are no problems with receiving your hair.
Customers must initiate all "lost order" investigations with our mail courier AND customer support sent soon as any issues arise.
